  Fondation Leducq Transatlantic Fellowships

In 2007, Fondation Leducq established a two-year Transatlantic Fellowship Award allowing outstanding junior investigators from North America and Europe to work internationally with one of the scientific teams already assembled under the Leducq Foundation Transatlantic Networks of Excellence program. The fellowship was designed to provide support to program fellows to work on the other side of the Atlantic from his or her country of origin with a member of a Leducq network.  In 2009, the Transatlantic Fellowship Award will be replaced by the Fondation Leducq Career Development Award, which extends the opportunity to work internationally to both junior and senior investigators.  Information about the Career Development Award may be found here.
